Hi, Hoping Lee or Frac can confirm how to convert the Au units for IGF1 (nmol/L) to the American units (ng/mL). I think I need to multiply by 7.6 - is that right? Have had a Google and that's what comes up. If so, what are the American lab ranges? I've read a few posts over on RTH about the range possibly going back to 300 (from either 350 or over 400). So I'm hoping that my IGF1 actually isn't all that bad. When I convert my IGF1 (35) to American units, it's 266 which doesn't seem too bad. If someone can confirm I've done the maths right, that'd be great. I'm still going to pursue the endo route just so I can get the MRI done and check out the low ADH/vasopressin. thanks

Here's the website I use for conversions. www.globalrph.com/conv_si.htmIt says to divide by 0.131 for Somatomedin-C (insulinlike growth factor). 35/.131=267 My IGF-1 range is 116-358. This range is the youthful range as I am only 25.
