Hi all: Very new here, please excuse the stumbling around. I can't seem to find where/what to post in the history portion of the board..can someone please direct me? Also, I feel that replacing my estrogen is going to be very important to my eventual success regimen...for mood and I now have osteoporosis at the tender age of 49 Will I eventually be able to add that in? when? One of the questions I have (and boy I wish Chris was here) is that although my 11 AM cortisol was/is relatively low at 5.0, I actually look a little like someone who has too MUCH cortisol. Thanks, Angie

Here's what you do: Go to "general forums". Then go to Member log forum. Start your own member log.
Click on your user name(aviano). Then click edit member profile. There is a space for signature line. This is where you can include link to your member log.
You will absolutely be able to optimize your estrogen. Optimizing your adrenals and thyroid might impact the final amount of sex hormones required. Have you had your vitamin D level tested?
Someone can comment more after you establish your profile with labs and history.
You are welcome(again), Laurie

I have had D tested..storage level is low, active level is fine. I have problems taking D...my Hashi's antibodies increase substantially and I get seizure-y like feelings in my head.. And D doesn't help at all with the racing issue.

I've modified my signature to include a little more basic info, but I'm still confused about how/where to put together a "member log". thank you.

Hi - I can help here, hope it's okay since I'm not a moderator, but I know they are buried! : ) You go back to "Hormone Forums" then look down at "Thyroid." There is a link to www.realthyroidhelp.com which is where people keep their logs. You go there, join, then go to "Forums." In Forums towards the bottom there is a heading "Member Logs." You can start a log there, it's just like any other post. It's easier than it sounds! : ) Good luck!
