Im on day 3 of my cycle. my TSH has always been high, i don't understand it. I am on a yeast/sugar free diet (on my last week of the diet). im suffering with chronic aching all over. im dealing with allot of stress. trying to figure out my sons health problems too. can you look over all my labs and give me some input? Thanks TSH: 0.01 (0.45-4.67) FT4: 0.88 (0.71 -1.85) FT3: 3.3 (2.4-4.2) Vit D 25: pending RT3: pending forums.realthyroidhelp.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=11277

Hi there, Low sodium, potassium, and bicarbonate are suggestive of ACTH deficiency (secondary AI). AM cortisol doesn't look good at all and low urine cortisol is a concern. You should get 8am ACTH and cortisol tested asap. Thyroid hormones aren't optimal. I wouldn't suggest increasing thyroid hormone until adrenals are adequately supported. Cortisol replacement should help resolve high RT3. Low IGF-1 will also contribute to high RT3, but IGF-1 may recover once thyroid and cortisol replacement is optimized. Low LH and FSH with low estrogen may be resolved following cortisol and thyroid hormone optimization. You have indications of inflammation... but I don't know much in this area. Might be an idea to get this re-checked. Cheers

i cant fix my adrenals just yet.
i was placed on a 30 day yeast/sugar free diet. im on diflucan and probiotics. i bought a 24hr saliva test kit. it says on the kit that after i finish taking the diflucan i need to wait 70 days before taking the test. i finish the diet this friday, thank goodness!
i guess the stress of the diet and diflucan skews the saliva cortisol test results. so if my adrenals are stressed then my thyroid function must be going through allot also.
in the mean time i dont know what i should be doing. got any ideas?

Adrenals should be your priority. I still recommend 8am ACTH and cortisol. This will allow to decipher secondary or primary adrenal insufficiency. The 24h cortisol will be good to look at fluctuation throughout the day. Personally, I would ditch the diet and get those adrenals worked-out... it's probably why your on the diet in the first place. Cheers
