hi everyone! I just posted on RTH, but since this in specifically about adrenals, I thought I would ask you all. Here's my question...I applied to The Biggest Loser and received a response back with a Vip pass to this coming weekends casting. I know my adrenals are fatigued and I have missed exercising so much, but haven't had the motivation. I sent in my application and video, thinking I wouldn't hear back, but I did. If any of you have seen the show, then you know it's an intense workout process. If you are in the process of supporting your adrenals with HC, then how long should you be on it before starting an intense workout plan? I

How much HC/day are you taking?
A good way to know if it's time to resume physical activity is this: When you have a busy day at work or have a very productive day at home(cleaning,shopping,laundry,errands)....Have you had such days yet? How do you feel a few hours following productivity? Tired? Hypoglycemic? Dizzy/cold? How do you feel the following day? Are you really tired?
These questions should guide you as to whether or not it's time to resume activity. Again, you might find you need to stress dose HC with activity, esp high impact activity. You can't go from 0 to 60 in a few days either. With adrenal issues you can't go from doing nothing to doing high impact work outs. If you do, you will backslide bigtime. Should you decide to participate in the Biggest Loser, you need a medic-alert bracelet. "Adrenal Insufficiency. In emergency give 100mg IV solumedrol"
