Hi
Thanks for your input, Lethal Lee
This is not the first time it happens, so I have been very careful with previous events... Taking notes and surfing the net for information. Please, read the following latest experience:
I have been cleaning the kichen yesterday for about 45 minutes (cupboards and tiles). I thought that everything was going fine, until I started feeling unstable and with some chest discomfort.
When my husband arrived, he got angry because he said that it was an effort that I shouldn´t have done (and he was right).
Besides feeling unstable and the chest discomfort, I was feeling pre-syncope symptoms, as well as trembling of hands and legs and was out of breath.
I stopped, sat down and checked my vitals.
Bp: 103-70 hr: 110
This means that my hr could have been about 130 (for a long time while cleaning and after it too if standing).
That night, preparing our dinner I was feeling confused (unable to concentrate) and still some chest discomfort, but when I sat down to eat, I felt very dizzy and had to lay down. I took 5 mg extra of HC.
After this, I was feeling extremely tired and weak so went to bed early.
I woke up at 3 am. Acute chest pain started almost immediately after standing up to walk to the bathroom.
I took 10 mg. extra of HC and went back to bed. Checked my bp and hr laying down: 96-52 hr: 67
I wanted to share this with you because I have checked my notes back and have been able to confirm that these events have usually taken place after a stressfull episode (stress, effort, physical exercise)...
I think that this confirms even more the relation with AI and rules out any other issue (gastric, gallstones, etc.).
Furthermore, I have found a very interesting information surfing the net and wanted to share it. I also include the link to it.

Endocrine shock wikipedia Another website:
Endocrine Shock Wrongdiagnosis.com I wonder if this episode that I have can be as followed:
- Triggered by an extra stress
- Not having the treatment enough to cope with the extra stress
- Chest discomfort, etc. starts
- The heart (muscle), not getting enough blood and oxygen because of low hormones (Aldosterone & cortisol) causes pain
- Maybe a level of endocrine shock
- Taking extra HC reliefs the problem.
What do you think about it?
Love,
Tessa
