Chris will be along, but I just had a quick comment. I thought it was I *G* FBP-3. I thought the reason for the test is because the IGF-1 test includes all the insulin-like growth hormone, both bound and unbound. So in order to see how much is really available for use (the free/unbound portion), you need to measure the binding protein too. So if your IGF-1 comes back low, but the IGFBP-3 comes back high, that doesn't mean you've necessarily got really low IGF, just means most of it is bound up for some reason.
