If low in aldosterone should one use sea salt? I question this b/c salt increase seems to decreases aldosterone, Right ? So it would seem that you want to increase aldosterone by not taking salt. I read Chris' stickies and I don't know if I am getting it right. Thanks, Christine

Some times progesterone therapy can raise aldosterone. Salt decreases aldosterone, but you have to get the salt. Not taking salt just keeps aldosterone deficiency low.
You're welcome, Chris
