HI,
Ive upped my thyroid armour to 3/4 grain, it may just be that I have some throat infection or something but could it be due to me upping my armour?
I have a very sore throatand my neck is really sore on the right where I have that spasm and i feel very weak and keep sweating like a cold sweat and drenching my top and then it goes away agin..
Maybe i just have a winter fluey thing ..I probably shouldnt just raise my dose on my own either I suppose..
My ears are ringing so loud at the moment aswell i cant hear the tv at all..
Thanks Hugs Mandx

Hi Mandy,
I did just send you a PM which touched on this but will expand more here.
Yes it is possible that you may be reacting to Armour. Some who are prone to Hashis have found temporary worsening of symptoms at least until they can increase to higher doses. You can test this by going back down to where you felt better. I assume that was 1/2 grain? If that doesnt help within a few days then likely wasnt that & you can go back up again.
Of course it may well be something else altogether. Like illness/infection maybe the Flu has started with a sore throat the first symptom? Possibly that may expain the cold sweats too.
It may be that your bad reaction to your recent attempt to exercise has lowered your Cortisol even further. That may mean less Thyroid hormones are getting through than before that happened. That can cause worsening of Hypo and/or Adrenal symptoms & the type of symptoms can be almost anything.
Yet again it may be a worsening of your electrolytes. If Sodium is low sweating, weakness, muscle spasms, the frequent peeing, ringing ears can all be caused bt that. Try more Sea Salt supping & see if it improves.
Possibly other electrolytes like Potassium and/or Magnesium may have dipped too low. You could trial upping or starting those & see.
If you do make adjustments to your meds and/or supps try one change at a time. Give it a day or two to evaluate before trying another.
But if symptoms worsen do make sure to see a Doc to rule out infection & the need for Anti-biotics. Lets face it they usually can handle an RX for AB's if little else.

It is a fluey throat infection as my friends caught it off of me LOL..
Yep, I think when i excersise its affecting my adrenals like you said so I suppose that means i am not gonna be able to excersise even lightly without taking something for my adrenals HC...
Thanks going to check my PM
