Just wondering I have read somthing about if you bang your head I didnt bang my head but did suffer whiplash and major shock.. Also, I went to the gym yesturday and did very light bike ride and some light weights and today I feel like ive been hit by a bus and so tiered...do you think this is due to my adrenals? The answer to your question is YES. Even if you didn't hit your head, the whiplash injury could have been enough to damage the pituitary stalk. The pituitary stalk is a delicate thread of vessels connecting the hypothalmus and pituitary.
You can do a google search of whiplash and hypopituitary.
You are welcome, Laurie
