Here are some thyroid labs from about a year and a few months ago.
TSH: 1.975 (.350-5.5) FT4: 1.38 (.61-1.76) FT3: 3.3 (2.3-4.2)
Sodium 143 (135-148) Potassium 4.0 (3.5-5.5)
What does everyone make of these? My doc ran them again recently I have yet to get them back yet.
Main symptoms are adrenal related, sea salt seems to help a bit how is my Na and K?
Thanks

High TSH shows primary hypo. Frees are low. Hashi's possible. Potassium suggests low renin and low ACTH. Sodium is low, indicating likely low aldosterone. I suspect you could have the Hashi's/secondary AI combo.
You're welcome, Chris

I probably shouldn't have crossed posted. I posted my adrenal labs on the adrenal board and I had lowish cortisol at night but high DHEA. This is reflective of primary AI correct? So what does this mean with the thyroid, Na, K tests? I had a thyroid antibodies test done at the end of period at which I got the most sick (about 2 days ago) Will this reflect Hashi's if I am sick?

I answered on your Adrenal thread. DHEA testing you had was Saliva so better to retest along with other tests Chris & I recommended. You are right that DHEA/S is usually associated more with Primary AI than Secondary. However as I said need to get proper testing. ACTH blood testing & 8am Cortisol will help decide as will Aldosterone & Renin. I really think you have Aldo & electrolyte issues after reading your symptoms & BP issues. Florinef Sea Salt & Potassium really improved my BP & HR (were very high).
