Dear Members,
Just wanted to say sorry I've not been posting much in last week. Had Phleb for Hemochromatosis last Friday AND major exposure to toxin (neighbour roof spray-paint fumes etc went right through my house) same day.
I ended up in Adrenal Crash & throwingup by evening. Was able to stress dose my way out of it fortunately. However has knocked me about & still recovering.
Also started to get some HyperT symptoms yesterday & needed to cut back my T3 meds. I am on T3 only protocol for clearing RT3 excess.
I am starting to come round now & hope to start posting normally again in next day or two. Sorry didnt let you know sooner but had no idea it was going to drag on so long.
Thankyou for your understanding & patience.

That is a very bad experience you had, multiplied by chemicals, t3 going maybe too high and adrenal trouble, so happy to hear you made it. But you are important don't worry about posts. Please get yourself safe and sound. Stay carefull.

Hi Lydia
Thanks for all your well wishes.
Yes the chemical exposure was bad was no nauseaous I couldnt eat which only made things worse of course. On reflection I probably should have stress dosed more...but I'm still learning how to do that (been on Pred/HC for 10 months now).
I am feeling much better. All nausea gone, no more shakes & not feeling wiped out anymore. I slept really well too. I think I have had a breakthrough with T3 too & some of what I had was some Thyroid dumping. I reduced my T3 dose & seem fine now.
Feeling so well that I think I'll try walking tomorrow. Will be back on track for posting tomorrow & hope to catchup by end of weekend.

My goodess that sounds awful! It just goes to show that we live in such a toxic world and you have just proved what I have believed for a long time, that toxic chemicals that most of us use on a regular basis are so bad for us. I'm sorry that this happened to you and I hope that you recover soon! Take good care of yourself, relax and rest, don't worry about us, we understand more then anyone else about feeling horribly and not being able to post often. Get the rest that you need and we will be waiting for you when you get back. Mia
