How much cortef/HC are you taking? You need to drink sea salted water for the full benefit of florinef. This is a process. With low aldo/ salt wasting...what happens is this. You don't have optimal sodium in vascular space to hold fluid. Fluid can thus seep to extravascular space(edema). With taking florinef with sea salted water, intravascular sodium levels return to better levels. Fluid is drawn back to the vascular space so that it can be filter and eliminated by your kidneys. Improvements of BP and heart rate should be noted. But again, it's a process.
Keep in mind that some folks get glucocorticoid effects from florinef. Be watchful of red stretch marks/ancne,worsening of swelling/weight gain. If this happens, make an adjustment with HC.
